(SECTION A - XX & E) the marina playa apartments
(SECTION B) and the DMV in santa clara, california
(SECTION C) - in the year 2000, the city of santa clara illegally destroyed a biologically diverse pond at 1333 lawrence expressway which used to be the old calabazas creek before its' re-routing in the 1950s
(SECTION A & B) - since then; a) an unneccesary new building (which i heard was created as a 'show for investors' (SECTION E) has been constructed and destroyed; b) the old kaiser permenente buildings have been razed (SECTION XX) + surrounding structures > (one of the the lame excuses used for the 1333 pond removal was because some [likely obese] kaiser permanente people were too lazy to walk around the 1333 pond to the building at SECTION XX -- but now; not only are the buildings and new parking lot located at SECTIONS A, XX & E gone; but the pond is gone as well, along with all the lazy kaiser permanente people!? (read more) for many years since the re-routing of calabazas creek; SECTION X was a place where wildlife was often hit by passing cars; therefore WHEN the 1333 pond is restored, the two sections of water at marina playa and 1333 lawrence expressway should be joined together, with a bridge to reduce the incidence of unnecessary wildlife fatalities - SECTION C is the santa clara DMV building, and due to the illegal removal of the 1333 pond; the state of california should take this parcel of land and return it to its' original state >> email and/or call GOVERNOR ARNOLD @ http://gov.ca.gov/interact and ask him to sieze the parcel of land next to the santa clara DMV, and/or demand a return to its' original state for: a) emergency fire fighting purposes; b) wildlife habitat and; c) DMV usage etc (example: instead of standing in line inside the DMV, people could instead wait outside by the pond for their numbers to come up) - then email the SANTA CLARA CITY COUNCIL @ MayorandCouncil@ci.santa-clara.ca.us and express your concerns...
